OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 8.01

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 6.01 of Section 8, Chapter V of the Plymouth
City,Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
18.01. Certain Vehicles Declared a Public Nuisance. Any
vehicle whether occupied or not that is found stopped,
standing, or parked in violation of the traffic regu-
lation of the City Code, or that is found stopped,
standing or parked in violation of the park regulation''
of the City Code, or that is reported stolen, or that `
is found impeding firefighting, snow removal, or the
orderly flow of traffic or that is found stopped,
standing or parked in violation of Chapter V, Section
1.25 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby deemed and
declared to be a public nuisance, and such nuisance may
be abated in the manner hereinafter set forth. The
City Manager, any- .police officer, or other duly authorized {
person may immediately order it to be removed and impounded A
in the manner hereinafter provided, and it 'shall. be
surrendered to the duly identified owner thereof by
the towing contractor only upon payment of the fees
hereinafter provided, which are declared to be the
vehicle pound fees covering the same."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect frou
and after its passage and publication.
