HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1977-10THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter V of the City Code is hereby amended by adding
Section 1.64(b) which reads as follows:. 4
"1.04(b) Unlawful Assembly on Private Property. No group of
three or more persons shall gather, assembTe or con-
gregate for any purpose on private property which is
not owned by one of them or with regard to which one
of them is not legally entitled to possession without
written permission of the owner of such property or
the person who is legally entitled to possess such
property after having been ordered to disperse.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 16th day of May, 1977.
