ORDINANCE NO. 77-6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance_. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City i

of Plymouth, adopted Mlay 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance

is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
i
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0 !
r
(Open Residential) to I-1 (Planned Industrial):
The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Deep=lopment Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan, consisting of the following: Final Plat of Carlson•Companies 2nd
Addition, as amended; Landscape Plan dated March 11, 1977 as amended
and modified by Resolution r77-191; and Development Contract A-710
approved by Resolution r:77-190•
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 12th day of April, 1977.
