AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN`
SECTIONS 22 AND 23, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sectior 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential) to R-1 (Single Family Residential): -
All of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, and the North Half of Government Lot 6,
Section 23, Township 118, Range 22, lying Westerly of Medicine Lake Road,
except the North 200 feet of said Government Lot 6 lying East -of the West
330 feet and West of Medicine Lake Road.

Section 2. Effective Date., This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication:
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 21st day
of March, 1977.
