SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN

AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance #68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R-0 (Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential
District):
The West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
South of the road, Section 13, Township 118, Range 22 and Except for
that portion taken for Zachary Lane pursuant to easement grant dated
July 15, 1976.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 21st day
of March, 1977.
