ORDINANCE NO. 77-2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBI ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance #68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R -u (Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential
District):
The West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
South of the road, Section 13, Township 118, Range 22 and Except for
that portion taken for Zachary Lane pursuant to easement grant dated
July 15, 1976.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 21st day
of March, 1977.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-2 (TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinai.ce No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted Maly 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-1
(Single Family Residential) to R-2 (Two Family Residential):
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 20, Block 14, "Rearrangement in
Medicine Lake Park Third Addition"; thence North 79 degrees 57 minutes 59
seconds East, along the Northerly line of said Lot 20, to the center line of
Kilmer Lane; thence south along the center line of Kilmer Lane to the inter-
section of said centerline with the centerline of 22nd Avenue North; thence
east along the center line of 22nd Avenue North to the East City corporate
limits li-e thence North along the East City corporate limits line to the
point of intersection of said line with the Easterly extension of the North
line of sai.! Lot 20; thence Westerly to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 21st
day of March, 1977.
