ORDINANCE NO. 76-19
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, SECTIONS 1.07 AND 1.08 OF THE CITY
CODE, PRHIBITING PANDERING AND PROSTITUTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter V, Section 1.07 of the City Code is amended to
read as follows:
1.07. Pandering. No person shall in any public or private
place do any of the following:
(1) Secure or offer to secure, or entice or attempt
to Entice, another to engage in prostitution as
described in Section 1.08, and no person shall
aid or abet the commission of such acts or know-
ingly accept any part of the earnings from
prostitution.
(2) Hire or offer or agree to hire another person
to engage in acts of prostitution.
Section 2. Chapter V, Section 1.08 of the City Code is amended to
read as follows:
1,08. Prostitution. No person, in any public or private
place, shall engage in, offer or agree to submit his or her
body for hire for the purpose of sexual intercourse, cunnilingus,
fellatio, anal intercourse, manual genital stimulation or for the
purpose of engaging in similar acts using any device, contrivance
or other part of the body.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and publication.
