ORDINANCE NO. 76-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMI'.Y RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying
northerly of the center line of the railroad right of way all with-
in Section 2, Township 118, Range*22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 26th
day of July, 1976. N.
