ORDINANCE NO. 76-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 113, RANGE 22 AS R-0 (OPEN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from
B-3 (Service Business District) to R -O (Open Residential District.):
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, described as follows: Com-
mencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Qusrter; thence East along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter distant 655.7 feet; thence South 160 33' East 178.25
feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing along the last
described course 255.0 feet to the centerline of County Road 9; thence
South 800 27' West along said centerline 250.0 feet; thence North 50
33' West 33.08 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road 9;
thence North 740 03' West 100.0 feet; thence North 160 33' West 235.27 feet;
thence East parallel with said North line 340.27 feet to the point of begin-
ning. For the purpose of this description, the North line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 15 is assumed to be a
due East and West line.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication..
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 26th day
of July, 1976.
