ORDINANCE NO. 76-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the
City of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
I-1 (Planned Industrial District
The South 589 feet of the West 400 feet of the North 1,089 feet of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 118,
Range 22 all within Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development

Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit constituting the site plan of F1uiDyne •,
Engineering Corporation.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 26th day of July, 1976. "-
