NJ ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAI`I LANDS IN
SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN A3 FOLLOWS: c

Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R -O
(Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, and that part of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of laid Section 14 described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter thence on an assumed bearing of North 0 degrees f
27 minutes 18 seconds West along the east line of said West Half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1311.88 feet, to
the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter thence
North 89 degrees 51 minutes 38 seconds West along said North line a distance
of 440.08 feet; thence South 0 degrees 27 minutes 18 seconds East parallel
with said East line a distance of 724.89 feet; thence West a distance of
505.26 feet; thence South a distance of 587.71 feet to the South line of
said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees
56 minutes 00 seconds East along the South line of said Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 295.17 feet to the Southeast corner
of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence East along the
South line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter a distance of 654.83 feet to the point of beginning.

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 7th day
of June, 1976.
