AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN
t SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 118. RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ,
t; Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
y!! of Plymouth, adopted May 13,-1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):
Outlot B. MISSION RIDGE, according to the recorded plat thereof. ALSO
' That part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
!i Quarter, all in Section 14, Township 118, Range 22 described as
fol -lows: .Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, MISSION
RIDGE,; according totherecorded, plat thereof; thence on an assumed
bearing of North along thenortherlyextension of the east line of said
}! Lot l a distance of 5.00 feet; thence northwesterly,125.93 feet on
a tangential curve concave to the southwest, having'a radius of
206.15 feet and a central angle of 35 degrees; thence North 35
degrees West, tangent to said curve, 149.00 feet; thence North 55.
degrees East 560.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees East 366.00 feet;,
thence,South 65 degrees 30 minutes. East 257.24 feet to the, :_northerly
line of Outlot B, said MISSION RIDGE; thence west�erti -along said

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage, and publication.
