ORDINANCE NO. 76- 6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
LOCATED IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, .
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
I-1 (Planned Industrial District)
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1,
j Township 118, Range 22, described as follows: beginning at a point on the
East line of said; Southeast Quarter distant 1,130.5 feet South from the
East. Quarter corner of said Section 1; thence at right angles West a distance
of 415 feet; thence at right angles South a distance of 150 feet; thence
at right angles East a distance of 415 feet to the East line of said. South
east Quarter; thence North along said East line to the point of beginning
excepting the East 175 feet thereof.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the

{# development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development

�r plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit constituting the site plan of Addicks
Machine Co., Inc.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon

its passage and publication.
