AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: (;
Section 1. Amendment. of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, ymo g -
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R-0 (Open Residential District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential
District):
All that part of Government Lot 9, Section 2, Township 118, North,
.Range 22, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows:
beginning at a point on the North line of said Government Lot 9
distant 1,300 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof (for pur-
poses of this description the North line of said Goverment Lot 9
has an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees, 36 minutes, 30 seconds
West); thence South 6 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West a distance
of 419.05 feet; thence South 29 degrees"47 minutes 06 seconds West
a distance of 362.43 feet, thence North 75 degrees 06 minutes 30
seconds Wiest a distance of 1.94.77 feet, more or less to.the shore
of Bass Lake; thence Northwesterly along the shore of Bass take to
the north line of said Government Lot ,9; thence East along the North
line of said Government Lot 9 to the point of beginning.
ALSO part of Government Lot 3, Section 2, Townshipp 118, Range 22
Hennepin County Minnesota, lying South of the centerline of County
Road No. '10.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 19th day
of April, 1976.
