ORDINANCE NO. 76-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS
R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance:. Ordinance No. 68-8
of the City of Plymouth, adcpted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the
j classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect
to the hereinafter described property from R-0 (Open Residentalt
District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):

That part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest _quarter
and tkat part of Government Lot 5 in Section 2, Township-
` 118, `r.,ange 22, lying south of County Road No. 47 and

Countj Road No. 10, except that part: described as follows.:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the East line `
of said Goverr.?Hent Lot 5 with the centerline of 60th Avenue
North as platted in BASS LAKE SHOREWOOD HILLS: thence on ani
assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 30 minutes 09 seconds
West and at a right angle to said East line a distance of
173.4+4 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract
` of land to be described; thence continuing South 89 degrees
30 minutes 09 seconds West, 333.44 feet; thence North 3
degrees 43 minutes 09 seconds East, 272.36 feet to the
Southerly line of Bass Lake Road; thence Easterly along
j said Southerly line, 353.94 feet to an Intersection with
a line bearing North 8 degrees 31 minutes 08 seconds East s
from the actual point of beginning;; thence South 8 degrees
31 minutes 08 seconds West, 225.85 feet to the actual point
of beginning.

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication. i
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on
