ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8
of the City of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the
classifi_ation on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect
to the hereinafter described property from R-0 (Open Residential.
District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District):
That part of the South 160 feet of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter lying East of the West 272.25
feet thereof and that part of the NortheastQuarter of
the Southwest Quarter lying North of the South 160 feet
thereof excepting roadway.
