ORDINANCE NO. 75-12
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE
CITY CODE
Section 1. Repeal. The following sections of the City Code are
hereby repealed:
a) All of Sections 10, 11, 12 and 17 of Chapter III.
b) Section 15.07 of Chapter III.
c) Section 3.06 of Chapter V.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and publication.

1975.
