CITY OF PLYMOUTH
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II, SECTION 2.12
OF THE CITY CODE SETTING SALARIES FOR MAYOR
AND COUNCILMEN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
iORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
II Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter II of the

;� ity Code is hereby amended by substituting the following as
;Section 2.12 ther-cf:

112.12. Salaries of Mayor and Councilmen. Effective
anuary 1, 1976 the salary of the Mayor shall be $450.00 per
onth and the salary of a Councilman shall be $300.00 per month.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
!effective January 1, 1976.
Adopted by the City Council the 15th day of September,
