ORDINANCE NO. 75-4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAINT LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 118,
RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of
the City of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect
to the hereinafter described property as:
I-1 (Planned Indsustrial District)
The North One -Sixth (1/6) of the following
described tract: All of the East One -Half
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21,
except the South 25 acres thereof, all in
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance
authorizes the development of said tract only in accordance with
the General Development Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit
constituting the Preliminary Plat of the Playhouse Industrial
Park 2nd Addition as approved by City Council Resolution No.
75-146, dated March 24, 1975.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 17th day of March, 1975.
