4! AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 l
I! AS R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classifiction on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) District:
The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the South-
east Quarter, and part of the West Half of the South-
east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 14,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 3rd day f
of March, 1975.
