ORDINANCE NO. 75-2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II, SECTION 16.02 OF THE
CITY CODE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES FOR SUNDAY
SALES OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Section 16.02 of Chapter II
of the City Code is hereby amended as hereinafter set forth:
16.02 Fees. Section is hereby amended with the following wording:
"Liquors
Intoxicating
- On -Sale Ch. III, Sec. 4.07 $4000.00 per year
- Off -Sale Ch. III, Sec. 4.08 $ 200.00 per year
- Club License Ch. I1I, Sec. 4.09 $ 100.00 per year
- Sunday Sales Ch. III, Sec. 4.16.1 $ 200.0n per year"
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 20th day of January, 1975.
