THE CITY COUICIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted Nay 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0
(Open Residential) and I-2 (General Industrial) to 0-3 (Service Business)
District:
That part of Outlot D, Bass Lake Plaza, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, wing east of the West 190 feet thereof, except that
part of said Gatlot D, lying southerly of the south line of
Outlot E in said Dass Lake Plaza, and east of the extension
southerly of the westerly line of said Outlot E. Also that
part of the southerly one-half of 56th Avenue North lying north
and ad;acent thereto. All in Section 1, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Plymouth on the 20th day
of January. 1975.
