HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1974-25THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Section 5.05 of
Chapter III of the City Code is amended to read as follows:
"5.05. Hours of Consumption and Disvl§l. No
person shall consume or display or allow consumption
or display of intoxicating liquor on any premises of a
private club or public place between the hours of
1:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M., or between the hours of
1:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. on the day of any statewide
election."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 18th day of November,
