ORDINANCE NO. 74-22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.15 OF CHAPTER [II OF THE
CITY CODE TO AUTHORIZE DOG CATCHERS TO ISSUE TAGS AND COMPLAINTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMO!'Tii DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Section 7.15 of Chapter III
of the City bode is hereby amen�ed by adding the following thereto:
"The do cat:her or animal warden is authorized to issue tags and
sign complaints against any person for violation of the provisions
of this section."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 21st day of October, 1974.
