AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT)
f THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the
City of Rlymiuth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the PlymouthZoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the
I City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described
property fromr R -O (Open Residence District) to I-1 (Planned Industrial
? District):

Approximately 2.2 'acres located -in the Northeast corner
of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34,

! portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block D. Plymouth Orchards and
described as, follows:
Beginning at a point located 1282:5 feet fast of the West
line Northwest l/4 of Northeast 1/4,`Sectton 34, Township
118, Range 22, and 1205 feet North of the South line of

Development Plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit (Exhibit A, dated
July, 24, 1974 which General Development Pian is on file in the City:
