ORDINANCE NO. 74-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS
IN SECTIO{ 21, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS B-3 (SERVICE BUSINESS
DISTRICT) AND I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968, and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
from R-0 (Open Residence District) to I-1 (Planned Industrial District):
All that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4,
Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota lying South of the Southerly right of way of
State Highway Number 55; also,
That part of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section 21 lying South of the Southerly eight of way of
State Highway Number 55 and lying North of the following
described line, said line being hereinafter referred to
as Line A;
Belinning aL a poinL on Lite WesL line of the Southeast i/4
of said Section 21 distant 609.18 feet South of the Northwest cor-
ner thereof; thence east 110.0 feet; thence on a tangential
curve to the right having a tangent of 100.00 feet and a
central angle of 290 23'; thence continuing tangent to said
curve a distance of 700,00 feet; thence on a tangential
curve to the left having a tangent of 300.00 feet and a
central angle of 80 20' 08"; thence continuing tangent to
said curve a distance of 261.06 feet; thence on a tangential
.curve to the left having a tangent of 300.00 feet and a
central angle of 200 19' 35"; thence continuing tangent
to -.said curve a distance of 330 feet, more or less, to
the East line of said Southeast 1/4 and there terminating.
Also, that part of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21
described as commencing at the Northeast corner of the
South 160 feet of the North 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
the.Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21, thence South
890 411 33" West 520.44 feet; thence South 00 03' 36"
West 324.80 feet; thence North 890 38' 24" East 520.36
feet to the East line of said Southeast 1/4; thence North
along said Cast line to the point of beginning, except
the North 160.0 feet of the East 217.8 feet thereof, and
also except that part lying West of the East 420 feet thereof.
And with respect to the hereinafter described property from B-3 (Service
Business District) to I-1 (Planned Industrial District):
That part of the West 190 feet of the East 1/2 of the
Southeast 1/4 of ;Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, Henne-
pin County, Minnesota lying South of the Southerly right
of`•way of State Highway Number 55 and North of the hereinabove
described Line A.
