CITY OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 74-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS
I -I DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning
Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0 (Open
Residence District) to I -I (Planned Industrial District):
Generally described as follows: That part of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22 lying easterly
of the east right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 494 and
lying northwesterly of the followong described line:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter;
theiscc westevly along the north line thereof 1045.0 fcct to
the actual point of beginning; thence deflecting to the left
430 09" 55" to the said east line of Interstate Highway 494
and there terminating.
And the East 300.00 feet of the South 500.00 feet of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin Coun-y, Minnesota.
And Lot 15, First Addition Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date, This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of,the City of Plymouth on the 5th day of
August, 1974.
