Amendment of City Code, Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "9.02. CONVEYANCE BY METES AND ROUE+OS. No conveyance of land in which the land conveyed is described by metes end bounds shall be made or recorded if the parcels described in the conveyance are less than five (5) acres in area and three hundred (300) feet in width, or in thr, conveyance results in a division into _r.: or more lots or 1 - parcels and any of which are less than five (5) acres in area and three hundred (300) feet in width, unless such parcel is a separate parcel of record at the effective date of this Ordinance, or unless an r agreement to convey such smaller parcel has been entered into prior to such time and the instruments showing the agreemert to convey is I recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds within one year there- after. In any case in which compliance with the foregoing provision will involve an unnecessary hardship, such conveyance shall be presented i to. the Planning Commission in the form of a preliminary plat in conform- ante with the 'standards set forth for preliminary plats, and the Plan- ! nine Commission sh ll first approve the arrangement, sizes and relation- ship of proposed tracts, and tracts to be used as easements or roads shall be so designated.
