ORDINANCE NO. 74-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II, SECTION 16.02 OF THE
CITY CODE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES, FOR DOGS`
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Section 16.02 of Chapter II
of the City Code is hereby amended as hereinafter set forth:
i} 16.02 fees. Section is hereby amended with the following wording:

- All dogs Ch. III, Sec. 7.04 $ 3.00 per year
Replacement
!� Licenses Ch. LII. Sec. 7.06 $ .50 each
I - Impoundments Ch. III, Sec. 7.16 $10.00 plus
boarding
costs° i
Section 2, Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted'by the City Council the-lst day of July, 1974.
