ORDINANCE NO. 74-10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOU'H WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO
CONDITIONAL USES WITHIN THE B-3 DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; I'
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the City of
Plymouth, commonly known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, hereby is amended
as hereinafter set forth:
1.01 Section 13, Subdivision 3 of said Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended by adding the following thereto as Paragraph 19:
"19. Apparel Shops"
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication. h,
