ORDINANCE NO. 74-4
AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE BUILDING
CODES ADVISORY COMMISSION AND REPEALING
SECTION 5 OF CHAL'TER II OF THE CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Abolition of Building Codes Advisory Commiss
The Building Codes Advisory Commission of the City of Plymouth is
hereby abolished.
Section 2. Repeal of Section 5 of Chapter II. Section 5
of Chapter II of the City Code is hereby repealed in its entirety
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
