ORDINANCE NO. 74-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE TO CHANGE
THE REFERENCE IN SAID CODE FROM "VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH" TO "CITY OF PLYMOUTH"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter I, Section
11.01 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1.01. Title. This code of ordinances may be
known and cited as the V4-11ege City Code of the
4 Vi}:age City of Plymouth, Minnesota. Whenever in
other Chapters and Sections of this Code the word
"Village"is used the word "City" is hereby sub-
stituted therefor."

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
!effect upon its passage and publication.

!1974.
