AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 'ZONING ORDINANCE
4;ITH REGARD TO USES PERMITTED IN THE B-3
SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT BY CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOttS :
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Village
of Plymouth, known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by
adding the following to Section 13, Subdivision 3 of the Village Zoning
Ordinance:
18. Dog, cat, and pet hospitals."
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 3rd day of December, 1973.
