ORDINANCE NO. 73-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE WITH REGARD TO USES
PERMITTED IN THE R-4 MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT BY
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Village
of Plymouth, known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by
adding the following to Section 10, Subdivision 3 of the Village Zoning
Ordinance:
7. Day care centers and nursery schools when operated
within an apartment complex and for the use of persons
residing therein.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication. t.
Adopted by the Village Council the 6th day of November, 1973.
