ORDINANCE NO. 73-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LANDS IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTH h OF
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS B-2, SHOPPING
CENTER BUSINESS DISTRICT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS

i' Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Village
(' of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
ji is hereby amended by changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property from R-0 (Open
Residence District) to B-2 (Shopping Center Business District):
A parcel of land located at the northeast corner of County Road
9 and Revere Lane extended with said parcel containing approxi-
mately 25.2 acres in the west k of the north h of the northeast 4
of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22 except the easterly 325 feet
and excapt public streets.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development
Plan, consisting of one exhibit (Exhibit A-476) dated October 9, 1973 which
General Development Plan is on file in the Village offices and subject to the
following conditions:
1•) The General Development Plan shall not be considered a
final site plan;
2) Detailed plans and specifications shall be submitted showing
how all sanitary sewage and drainage from the site will be
handled;
3) A preliminary plat shall be submitted granting to the Village
all required streets, drainage, utilities, park or trail ease-
ments;
4) The exact number of parking spaces and the total gross lease -
able square footage for the shopping center shall be determined
when the final site plan is submitted;
5) That reconstruction of the frontage road shall be a matter
of development contract for the plat.
6) That suitable landscaping and screening shall be required
along the South, West and North boundary lines abutting or
facing existing or proposed residential districts.
7) That documentation of the ponding area as to size and public
dedication versus drainage easement shall be a matter of final
plat and development contract.
8) That parking in the front yard setback areas be ex-
cluded from the General Development Plana
9) That the Revere Lane access drives Y, County Road #9
be eliminated from the General Deva_?opment Plan.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 15th day of October, 1973.
