ORDINANCE NO. 73-17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TOCLASSIFI CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION
20 TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS I-1 PLA14NED
INDUSTRIAL, R-4 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT, R-2 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT,
ANb R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Village
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth
Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
I-1 Planned Industrial District
The Southeast of the ort east /4, Section 20, except the
Southerly 535' and that portion lying South and West of the
proposed center line of Medina Road and also including that
part of the West 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast
of the Northeast 1/4 lying Southerly of the Highway.
R-4 Multiole Family Residence District
That pa -`rt of the Southerly 5351 of t e ou east 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 20 lying North and East of the pro-
posed Medina Road center line.
R-2 Two Familx Residence District
The East rods of the North 0--ro'd—sof the Southeast 1/4
of Section 20 and the East 99 rods of the South 80 rods
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 200 all lying Easter:y of
the drainage channel center line as shown on the November
1971 photographs and that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 lying South and West of the proposed center
line of Medina Road.
R-1 Single Familx Residence District
The East 99 ro s of the North SO rods o -the Southeast 1/4
and the East 99 rods of the South 80 rods of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 20, all lying Westerly of the center tine of
the drainage channel as shown on the November, 1971 photographs.
!; Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the
development of said tracts only in accordance with the General Development
Plan, consisting of two (2) exhibits (Exhibits A-350 and B-350) dated October
15, 1973, which General Development Plan is on file in the Village offices,
subject to the following conditions:
(a) That 27th Avenue between proposed R-1 district and the
proposed R-3 district be eliminated as roadway but be
dedicated to Plymouth Village as public parkway, retaining
right of way.
(b) That Exhibit A-350 be revised to increase the width of
the 40' wide trailway to 10 rods to be utilized for public
open space, drainage, pedestrian trail and park way along
the easterly side of the drainage channel.

DISTRICT, R-2 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT,
AND R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
1; THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS

Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Village
of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance
