AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
' TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTH 4 OF
SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, AS B-1

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. AmenOment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of
the Village of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 end known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect
to the hereinafter described property to B-1 (Limited Business
�j District):

Commencing 850 feet North of the Southwest corner of
the Southeast 4 of the Northeast 4, thence North
160 8/10 fret, thence deflecting 92 degrees, 02 minutes
to the right 139 351'100 feet to the Westerly line of
the road, thence Southeasterly along said road line to
i a point due East of beginning, thence West 165 8/10
feet to the point of beginning. All in Section 35,
Township 118, Range 22.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon Its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council on the 16th day of July, 1973.
