VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 73-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTH ONE-
HALF OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
AS I-1, PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of
the Village of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the ,clas-
sification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to
the hereinafter described property from B-3, Service Business
District, to I-1, Planned Industrial District:
That part of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
lying Easterly of a line described as beginning at a point
in the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter distant 175 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof;
thence Southwesterly to a point in the South line of said
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter distant 395 feet
Westerly of the Southeast corner thereof; and said line there
terminating. Said land is a part of the Southeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 118, Range 22.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council on the 18th day of June,
1973.
