ORDINANCE NO. 73-10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V
OF THE VILLAGE CODE RELATING TO
THE POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION
OF INTOXICATING AND NON -INTOXICATING
LIQUORS BY A MINOR
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 1.18 (a) (i)
of Chapter V is hereby repealed and the following enacted in lieu
thereof:
"CHAPTER V. MISDEMEANORS AND OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC
HEALTH, SAFETY, WELFARE AND MORALS.
Section 1. Offenses Against Public Morality
and Decency.
. 1.18. Possession and Consum tion of Intoxicatin
and Non -intoxicating Liquors by a Minor.
(a) Definitions.
(i) "Minot"when used herein shall mean any person
of either sex_ who has not attained the age
of eighteen (18) years. ."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 4th day of June, 1973.
