AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE '
CODE RELATING TO THE SALE OF NON- i
INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR TO MINORS

'd THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HERE-
BY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 3.12 (a)
of Chapter III of the Village Code is hereby repealed and the
following enacted in lieu thereof:
"CHAPTER III. LICENSING AND REGULATIONS RELATING THERETO.
3.12. Conditions and Restrictions of License and Regulations.
(a) No person shall sell or serve non -intoxicating
malt liquor to a minor. No minor shall be em-
ployed in any place where non -intoxicating malt
liquor is sold or served in any capacity relating
to the selling or serving thereof. The handling
of non -intoxicating malt liquor by minors who are
employed as "stock boys", "carry out boys",
"cashiers" or "checkers" shall not be deemed to
be in violation of this ordinance."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
