ORDINANCE NO. 73-4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III OF THE VILLAGE
CODE PROHIBITING DOGS FROM RUNNING AT LARGE IN
CERTAIN AREAS,
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter III of the
Village Code is hereby amended by substituting the following as
Section 7.11 thereof:
"Section 7.11. Dogs Prohibited from Running at Large in Certain
Areas. No owner shad permit his dog to be at large within any
oo-TFe platted areas of the Village, but within such areas shall
keep his dog under restraint at all times."
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 5th day of March, 1973.
