VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2,!
SECTION 3 OF THE VILLAGE CODE RELATING
TO THE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION ,

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS

FOLLOWS: �

Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 3 of Chapter II of the
Village Code is hereby amended as follows:
1.01. Section 3.02 (a) and (c) of said Chapter II is hereby repealed and
the following is hereby adopted and substituted therefor:

"3.02 Members
(a) There shall be seven (7) members of said Commission to
.i be appointed in the manner hereinafter set forth.
{' (b) ......

(c) Three (3) members of the Commission shall be appointed
} from the Village at large."

1.02. Section 3.03 (a) of said Chapter II is hereby repealed and the
tj following is hereby adopted and is substituted therefor:
"3.03 Pro:?.edure
(a) The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commission shall
be appointed by the Mayor from among the members of the Commission
and shall serve for a term of one (1) year."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth this 21st day
of August, 1972.
