AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF
SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AS R-1
(SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT)
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
!ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of

ithe Village of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by chanqing the clas-
Isification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to
the hereinafter described property to R-1:
That part of the East 85 acres of the Northwest 1/4, lying North
of the South 210 feet thereof, also that part of the South 210
feet of the East 85 acres of the Northwest 1/4 lying East of the
West 210 feet thereof except road, all in Section 19, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth on
the 21st day of August, 1972.
