VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE SOUTHEAST
1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22,
AS R-4 AND B-2
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of
the Village of Plymouth, aaopted May rT, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the clas-
sification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to
the hereinafter described property from B-1 to R-4:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22; thence
Westerly at right angles to the Easterly line of the West 1/2
of said Southeast 1/4 a distance of 40.0 feet to the actual
point of beginning, herein called point "A"; thence Southwest-
erly along a curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of
524.64 feet, central angle of 45 degrees 30 minutes, a distance
of 416.63 feet, herein called point "B"; thence Southwesterly
tangent to said curve to the intersection with a line 850.0 feet
East and parallel to the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section 36, herein called point "C"; thence North along said
line to its intersection with the Southerly R.O.W. line of State
Highway 55; thence Southeasterly along said R.O.W. line to a
point 40.0 feet West of,measured at right angles to, the East-
erly tine of the West 1/2 of said Southeast 1/4; thence South to
the point of beginning.
Property from R-4 to B-2
Commencing at point "B" of the previously described tract; thence
Southwesterly to point "C" and the actual point of beginning;
thence Southwesterly along said last described line a distance of
150.0 feet; thence Southerly on a tangent curve concave to the
Southeast having a radius of 490.75 feet, central angle of 44 degrees
20 minutes 45 seconds, a distance of 379.83 feet; thence Southerly
tangent to said curve to the intersection with the South line of said
Section 36; thence Easterly along said line to the intersection with
a line 850.0 feet East and parallel to the West line of the South-
east 1/4 of said Section 36; thence North to the point of beginning.
Property from 8-1 to B-2:
Commencing at point "C" of the previously described tract; thence
South along a line 850.0 feet East and parallel to the West line of
said Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, to the intersection with the South
line of said Section 36; thence Easterly along said line bearing
South 88 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East, to a point 1645.35 feet
Easterly of the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section
36; thence North 1 degree, 08 minutes 30 seconds a distance of 49.04
feet, thence South 88 degrees 51 minutes 30 -econds East a distance
of 66.18 feet; thence Northeasterly along a tangent curve concave to
the North having a radius of 768.51 feet, central angle of 21 degrees
51 minutes 30 seconds, a distance of 268.51 feet; thence North 20
degrees 42 minutes West a distance of 25.0 feet; thence North 69
degrees 17 minutes East a distance of 230.86 feet; thence Northeast
on a tangent curve concave to the South having a radius of 806.20
feet, central angle of 7 degrees, 35 minutes 30 seconds, a distance
of 1.06.82 feet; thence North 65 degrees 58 minutes 07 seconds West
to the intersection with a line 330.0 feet North and parallel with
the South tine of said Section 36; thence Westerly along said line
to intersection with aline 1440.0 feet East and parallel to the
West line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 36; thence North along
said last described line to a point 610.0 feet North of the South
line of said Section 36; thence Northwesterly to point "B" of the
above described tract ;.thence Southwesterly to point "C", the point
of beginning.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This ordinance auth-
orizes the development of sa. `trac —on -Ty– in accordance with the
general development plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit (Exhibit
A-323) dated April 17, 1972.which general development plan is on
file in the Village offices and subject to the following condition
1. The construction of drainageways and ponding areas and
the granting of related drainage easements to be
generally in accordance with the general development
plan.
2. Platting and site plan approvals shall be subject to
any further ordinance requirements adopted subsequent
to this rezoning action.
3. When this land comes in for platting, the staff be
alerted to the park dedication and keep the Council
appraised of same.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and pu cat on.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth on
the 15th day of May, 1972.
