AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
'€ CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF $
SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 as R-2 6
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
RDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of
the Village of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth 'Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect
to the hereinafter described property to R-2:
The South 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4; the North 990 feet of the West 1/4 of tha
North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, except road; the South:ast
1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thatpart
of the West 1/4 of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1!4 lying
South of the North 990 feet thereof; commencing or the North
line of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 a distance of
1401.78 feet West of the East line of the Section, thence
South 932.25 feet; thence West 1401.78 feet; thence North
932.25 feet; thence East 1401.78 feet to a point of begin-
ning, located in Section 24, Township 118, Range 22.
Section 2. General Development Pian. This ordinance author-
izes the development of said tract only in accordance with the
general development plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit (Exhibit
A-333) dated March 23, 1972 which general development plan is on
file in the Village offices.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
on the l7th day of April, 1972.
