ORDINANCE NO. 72-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8,SECTION 8.03
OF THE VILLAGE CODE CHANGING THE CHARGES FOR
SEWER SERVICES WITHIN THE VILLAGE IN CERTAIN
PARTICULARS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
IN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Code. Chapter 8, Section 8.03 of
he Village Code is amended by deleting Subsections (a), (b), (c),
(d) and (e) and substituting the following therefor:
"...(a) Single family dwellings and churches - rate per
year $52.80, penalty 10% of the delinquent amount per
quarter.
..(b) Multiple dwellings - rate per year $52.80 per
unit, penalty 10% of the delinquent amount per quarter.
..(c) Motels, hotels, and motor hotels - rate per year
$19.20 per unit, penalty 10% of the delinquent amount per
quarter.

,...(d) Trailer courts and mobile home parts - $52.80
per unit per year, charged quarterly, or, the basis of the
number of trailer homes in place in the Bark at the
commencement of each quarter, penalty 10% of the
delinquent amount per quarter.
..(e) Commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and
schools (including private schools although attached to
or operated by churches) - rate per year to be based upon
metered consumption of water for each quarter of each
calendar year to which the following rates will be applied:
$24 per quarter for the first 10,000 gallons, 36c per
1,000 gallons thereafter, penalty 10% of the delinquent
amount per quarter. The user may establish additional
meters se that the water being discharged into the
sanitary sewer system will be metered separately from
other water."
Section 2. Effective Date, This ordinance shall take
;effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 6th day of March, 1972.
