s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VI, SECTION 2.07 OF
THE VILLAGE CODE WITH RESPECT TO FIRE ZONES UNDER
{ THE VILLAGE CONSTRUCTION CODE

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN,

AS FOLLOWS:
j Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 2.07 of Chapter VI of
IIthe Village Code is hereby repealed and the following enacted and substituted
therefor:

}� . 2.07. Fire Zones

Fire Zone 3 as specified in the State Building Code shall be assigned,
to detached single family dwellings when the side and rear yard setbacks
are maintained as required by the Village of Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
or as granted by variance.
Fire Zone 2 as specified in the State Building Code shall be
assigned to all other areas unless exempted by tLe requirements of the
State Building Code (farm buildings).
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and publication.
