AN ORDINANCE READOPTING AND REINCORPORATING
THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTERS 169 AND 171
MINNESOTA STATUTES AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 27
OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1971 - EXTRA SESSION
STATE OF MINNESOTA
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter IV,
Section 1.01 of the Village Code is hereby repealed and the
following substituted therefor:
"CHAPTER IV. TRAFFIC, PARKING AND WEIGHT REGULATION.
Section 1. TRAFFIC REGULATION.
1.01. The provisions of Chapters 169 and 171,
Minnesota Statutes, as hereinbefore enacted
by the Legislature of the State of Minnesota
and as amended by Chapter 27, Minnesota Session
Laws 1971 - Extra Session, are hereby readopted
and reincorporated in and made a part of this Code
as completely as though said provisions were set
out in such Code in full."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be
effective upon its passage and publin_atinn_
