ORDINANCE NO. 71-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.04 OF CHAPTER III OF
THE VILLAGE CODE RELATIVE TO THE MAXIMUM LICENSE FOR
THE OFF -SALE OF NON-INTOXICATINC MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 3.04 of
Chapter III of the Village Code is hereby
amended as follows:
Chapter III. Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor - Licensing and
Sale.,
Section 3.04. License Fees. Is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"The annual fee for an "on -sale" license shall
be $100.00. The annual fee for an "off -sale"
license shall be $25.00."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth the
13th -day of September , 1971.
