ORDINANCE NO. 71-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
11, SUBDIVISION 3, PARAGRAPH 10
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RELATING TO
USES SY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. The Village Zoning Ordinance
No. 68-80 adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby amended by repealing Paragraph
10 of Subdivision 3 of Section 11 and substituting the following therefor:
"SECTION 11. B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT.
. . . Subdivision 3. Uses by Conditional Use Permit.
. 10. A merchandising or merchandising service
Which is incidental or accessory to the
primary use of the particular property as
such primary use is permitted by either
Subdivisions 2 or 3 of this section."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take affect upon its
passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth this
2nd day of August, 1971.
